Our story
Incorporated to trade with integrity.
Petrochem was incorporated on 4 September 2023 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (CAC RC 7124550). From inception, the company was structured as a petroleum trading and brokerage house — not an exploration or production operator.
We serve refiners, traders, industrial buyers, aviation clients and government agencies that need reliable supply of Bonny Light crude, EN590, Jet A-1, D2, LNG and other refined products. Every engagement begins with counterparty verification and ends with complete documentary evidence.
An international trading desk coordinates Atlantic Basin enquiries and finance documentation, while our Nigeria headquarters manages domestic operations and regulatory compliance.
